A pharmaceutical sales force required a new connected solution for capturing orders when in face-to-face calls with customers. We worked hand-in-hand with our client to develop a dedicated iPad app. The app integrates with the clients CMS so that the appropriate customer and wholesaler can be selected. Product lines and variants are displayed on a carousel of large product images that is easy and satisfying to cycle.
Order amounts are entered, and the customer signs an onscreen order with a stylus pen. Submitting the order sends an email to the wholesaler, the customer and the client, synchronising with the CMS database. The resulting fully integrated solution has been a hit with the sales force and their customers. Further versions have been developed for use across Europe.
